Mmm well the one I want isn't going to be too big thankfully. I don't think I have the mental capacity for a huge tattoo anyway... xD; My mom and sisters have gotten them so they know at least which place to go. :)
I heard that too. Not to mention the surrounding area will be tender as well.
Oh thats cool, so you know some people with experience! Can you not share the one you are wanting to get? I understand if its like personal or something XD thanks for the gift by the way <3
Oof I couldnt handle that for sure ;-; not worth it to me! But only because im a wuss
It's personal but not too personal lol... I just don't know if it will be the one I get 100%.
Basically it's the tattoo my group of characters has. A symbol that marks who they are. My characters mean a lot to me, this group means a lot to me, it's why I kinda want to get the tattoo. ...
Sounds stupid I suppose.
No I think thats really cool! Do you mean your book characters? I think I mentioned before that my husband is also a writer, his characters mean a lot to him and I both so I can understand!
Yeah them. This group of about 15 characters has been sort of my favorites since the idea was formed about 5 years ago. The fact that they all share the same mark (well Tattoo) was something I always liked the concept of.
Ha ha hanks. I still have time to decide though... thankfully. :p
So how are you today?
I'm doing well, just have 2 rooms left to finish in my house! That's a big relief because my in-laws are coming to stay this weekend ( yes, so soon to me moving in ;-; )
lol Oh boy! Survive the visit. :p Good luck finishing the last rooms.,
- That does sound pretty awesome :) Some of my characters in the story I'm working on have themed tattoos as well, they aren't all the same, but the mages in my story have a practice of getting certain tattoos which both indicate the type of magic they use, as well as serves as a focus so they can more easily control their magic. Unfortunately, I won't be able to get a tattoo like that until my magical powers miraculously manifest. lol.
Oh that sounds pretty darn awesome! :D and ha ha well that's one way to think about it. :p
Speaking of characters... I have been doing this little writing exercise called 50 Facts. So far I have 3 characters done where you write up to 50 facts about them. So far all 3 have 50 of them.
It's really been making me think and inspiring me a lot... I never expected it.
[I shall revive your board haha] What kind of tattoo were you hoping to get? I am debating getting one. I have a lot of skin conditions ...

Hey it's been a while how is everyone?
- I can't read your post because of stupid advertisements! lol. The 50 facts this sounds like fun. Maybe I can do that as part of my nanowrimo, seems like a legit way to word buff! lol.
There, that's one way to read it. I'm doing pretty good. Got really behind on inktober, so that doesn't bode well for nano.
Mmm I just asked how everyone was, hopefully you can see it now? Damn you ads!!!
Good luck! I managed to get 5 of my own characters done and I have 2 more I want to work on! It can be fun and challenging!
- lol. After I posted your post was still covered by the add so I quoted your post instead!
I have SOOOOO much battling to do OTL. And no time to do it.
Nice. 50 facts seems pretty daunting lol. I'd probably have trouble coming up with 50 for myself! But it sounds like a good way to learn your characters better. What sort of facts have you been writing? Like simple facts like favourite colour? Or more complicated facts like personality traits? Or mater of fact facts, like where they grew up? Or a mix of everything?
Same here, good luck though you can do it!
Hmm pretty much anything you can think of that seems remotely interesting or something you might see if say you skimmed through a book about famous people. (As an example really)
I went by their likes, dislikes, some general personal details, things that happened in their life, what's going on with them now, goals, good experiences, bad experiences. Toss in something that seems so random but funny/sad that could be seen as a fact. Example: "Really good at juggling."
I know I have struggled but once I got going it all startled to fall into place. Hell some characters have MORE than 50 facts that's how much inspiration hit me.
Here you all are being so creative and productive! I just spent over 20 minutes trying to get my mouse to work. I had noticed it wasn't scrolling as well as it used to... So when it finally got too sluggish to really use, I finally decided to try and clean it.
Using the corner of an envelope, I got some grime out, and then some teensy bits of hair. I kept getting little smidgeons out here and there, but no real improvement. After over 15 minutes, I dislodged a HUGE dust bunny. Like "How did THAT fit in THERE?" huge. Seriously! This dust bunny was big enough it would have fit right in with the ones under my bed! Needless to say, there was great improvement in the mouse performance.
You can understand my surprise when I was accosted by another dust bunny -- almost as large as the first -- that emerged a few moments later. I suppose it was lonely and missed its mate.
I don't think it is my imagination, I think the mouse is actually lighter now... by a few pounds.
