Anyone is allowed to participate in these assignments. The title only includes Ilvermorny because Ilvermorny is hosting the Triwizard Tournament. Ilvermorny professors are not only teaching their students but the students from the schools participating in the Triwizard Tournament (in this case Hogwarts and Alexandrian Academy). We've had non-Ilvermorny professor co-teach some lessons with Ilvermorny professors this term. Ilvermorny is only really in the title to distinguish that the lesson is taught by an Ilvermorny professor rather than a Hogwarts professor. Let me know if you need more clarification. :)
