Okay everyone, so I know not everyone has time to participate, and we've had issues with different people not participating with different activities...
For reference sake, I'm going to start tracking participation here, so we can see what is going on a bit more clearly...

If we do want to do something about any members who have been erm... under participating, we should probably do it within our group before we bring it up with GreenRowan.
So, we can absolutely do that here...

I know I haven't always been here to participate but that is also why I chose to go reluctant this summer. I am sorry if this has been a team issue. I can talk to Green myself about my participation if this would help. My work schedule can be really crazy and I'm just not able to get on at times.
I don't think we need to worry about this.
Yes, some have not participated as much as others, but it's so late in the game (literally, and this IS a game) that I don't feel we need to bother. If we were going to do anything about it, it should have been done many chapters ago. At this point, though some might take offense and think others rude, I would think of myself as the rude one to suddenly at the last moment (for lack of a better term of phrasing) throw them out. Some Are reluctants, and should be seen as such. Others are supposed to be active players, but are unable (for whatever reason) to be on more than maybe once a week (myself included for some chapters). There are also times where I have figured things out, but someone else had already posted the solution, so I see no reason to post.
As I stated in the OOC of a recent chapter, this is a Game and life happens sometimes (it's also more important than a game). We don't need to bother GreenRowan with more drama than she already has on her plate, and we shouldn't worry about this either.
Well, the information is here, so yeah. I'm personally not too concerned, since I think MOST players have participated pretty evenly. As you can see, most players have mostly blue and green, and almost everyone has a spot or two that is red or orange, so I'm not too bothered.
GreenRowan HAS said that players who aren't participating as much as the team expects can and should be booted, so I know she would let us remove a player, but I think it would really need to be near unanimous from you guys.

I wasn't thinking about the fact that the event is probably almost over... for some reason I thought we had a lot of chapters left. If it's almost over it might be weird to make any changes now. I don't know if in this situation, we should get GR's opinion on the list tracking everything or just leave things be? I don't feel that I've necessarily participated enough to receive full prizes myself. ^^;;
Everyone receives the same amount of prizes, pretty much. It's just a matter of who gets to pick first. I've been watching things from afar for a few years, and joined last year. Coming in dead last, things were still good.
Okay everyone, I sent you all an email with some discussion on this issue. At the bottom are a few questions relating to the issue.
Please send me a PRIVATE MESSAGE including your answers to those questions, and your opinion on this issue.
Your message will REMAIN private. I will not post anything you have said, or how you vote. All of that will remain private and anonymous.
After I have heard back from you guys, I will post here saying ONLY what decision I'm making based on the votes I've received.
Please feel free to be 100% honest. You don't need to spare anyone's feelings or answer in a way that you think others expect you to. Just say what you think.

Okay everyone... While some people wished for more action and others were less certain, overall, it sounds like we should present the chart to GreenRowan and let them decide what we should do.
So, I'm e-mailing GR now, and I'll let you know what I hear. :)
