Okay, we have 14 hours left to submit, so I'm going to close discussion on this stuff at this point...
We've had some commentary suggesting going with a more classic tutu style, rather than a long skirt, so I chose that option. We're using the bustle-less version of that one skirt...
Many versions of Coppelia outfits used traditional European clothing styles, and no one seemed against it, so I'm keeping the dirndl-style corsets...
There have been a few background suggestions. However, several suggested items showed up in the versions made by different groups last time, and no one has specifically DISLIKED the one I suggested, so I think we'll go with that...
I like sky's suggestion with the fan skirt, and no one seems against it, so I've kept that as well.
I think you guys are right about the makeup... It'll make it easier to retain our character's personal style if we let everyone do their makeup themselves. Try to keep it on the heavy side (lots of blush and lipstick is a staple in this story's version of Coppelias!), but feel free to do the make-up as you wish.
Hair and eyes should probably more-or-less match what you've selected for your character in general, but do as you wish.
I've heard assent as far as using the floral ornaments, and no one said no (that I saw), so I've kept those as well...
Finally, I added a couple of shadows by the feet to anchor our characters in the scene a bit better.
So, then, here is the final template:
Private Outfit
Please make a version of this outfit as soon as possible, so I can post them early tomorrow.
Feel free to change the skin color if you wish. Make sure you include the matching sheer glove (from the hand layer) to fix the layering problem with the fan skirt.
As long as you keep the background, and stick to a similar color scheme, feel free to keep what you like, and give up what you like from the template.... You can certainly dress as a female Coppelia, dress as the male counterpart member of the corps (with lederhosen, etc.), or dress as the toy maker again... :)
Once you've completed an outfit, please ping me, and I'll add it asap to this post.
You've already completed an outfit with most of these items... If you could add the background and the shadows at the feet, that would be great. If you don't have time, I'll try to edit them into your existing version as soon as I can, but it would be helpful if you did it... :)

Okay everyone, I added any missing items in to complete your items... Sky, I mashed up a couple of your outfits to create a complete one, I hope you're okay with that... Max, I added the shadows...
We didn't have an entry from , but I've posted without it... Don't know if they'll give us full points or not.
