Ended up randomly clicking around subeta since I've done all my quests already, and stumbled upon the donation centre which was strangly filled with great items. My gut was correct that it was from someone quitting. Always a sad thing to see someone leave after so many years, but your generousity is much appreciated, I've found some nice wearables!
