This is something for to fix! She's currently going through a lot of our items marked 'special' or 'account upgrade' and fixing them to their proper item types. She can also quickly update a type that's incorrect if you alert her to it <3

Hi! They've been reported all over the place, but feel free to add them to this board: Items in wrong inventory category. I'm already working on the ones that are "account upgrade" and specifying the "special" a bit more, so don't worry about those. They're just huge projects so I sit down and sift through those two categories as I can. The item you seem to be talking about would be one I'd love to know and fix sooner though, so do post it!
