Lakeview Resort is in Veta Lake. Rathskeller Inn is in the Omen Islands. :)

Additionally, the Inn feeds your pets, but does not do anything about their happiness. The Resort does both.

I think it's pretty much always been that way, but having a minion keeps your pet happy, so it's not usually a big deal or something that most people really notice.

I stand corrected! There are a few changes I missed out on during my stint back in the traditional workforce -- I guess that's one of them.
