This doesn't seem persistent enough or regular enough to be caused by a bug. It's likely just a thing that comes and goes when there is a spike in site traffic. If you get an error, wait a few minutes and refresh the page. In most cases, it'll go away; otherwise, someone on staff probably already noticed and is working on it :)
