Maybe because I sleep too much. Take a nap in the afternoon then end up being up for an hour in the middle of the night! Not a good habit to get into. 😄

Actually, yes it is. Many cultures take afternoon naps no matter what the age of the person. The people tended to perform better and be happier. Sadly, that custom is being lost. I don't believe the human body was designed to work as hard as we push it.
