Hey ! I'm having an issue and I can't tell if it's real or not.

I made an outfit. I forgot that I needed to purchase a couple of the items still and clicked 'wear on site', (now wearing on site text confirming). I realized I was mostly naked and bought the items, added them to my wardrobe. Now no matter what I do, I can't equip those items!

I can switch to other outfits and manually equip items individually no problem. I cannot equip those specific items at all.

I tried to replicate it and I think I managed it. In this order:

Equip item not owned -> click wear on site -> add outfit to shared outfits -> exit wardrobe -> check HA hover preview -> buy item, add to wardrobe -> return to wardrobe -> equip outfit (with item that you now own) -> exit wardrobe -> check hover preview, no item added. Returning to the wardrobe will confirm that the item is not currently equipped to your HA.

I hope that's clear and helpful enough!

**more edits: I can make the issue go away by equipping a different outfit and then individually equipping the items that I couldn't get equipped before, wearing that on site, then going back to the original outfit and equipping it will wear it normally.

HA doesn't seem to be showing base facial features (in Wardrobe and on site), is this a site thing or a personal issue?

I recently got a Cece Field Day Cap from a quest and made this HA with it, which should be wearing it. I checked the account search and searched in the wardrobe. It's definitely in there, but clicking "wear now" proves that the site disagrees with me.

I am not able to create a new drawer! I get this : Success! The drawer "Cash Shop" was created. but it does not show up on my list of available drawers afterwards. I only have 4 drawers, so I am not over my limit. using Chrome in windows 10 if that helps. Any help be lovely!

I am experiencing the same drawer issue as the two above me are experiencing. I'm using Firefox/Windows 10. It worked for a few minutes then suddenly those drawers were gone and I can't find the items I had moved into them to re-sort them?

, I don't know what I am doing wrong. I haven't been able to see my avatar since the change over. I have tried IE and Chrome. I can see it on preview in wardrobe but I have had the same as the above user only for a very long time.

Today the wardrobe is loading and loading yet it doesn´t show the items mostly, only every 5th try or so. I am happy to report that my HA changed into another outfit after two minutes, though, that was a problem in the last weeks and seems to be better now.

I don't see anything about major, serious, huuuuuuge amounts of lag in the wardrobe? The rest of the site seems fine for me, it's just the wardrobe hardly loads and when it does it takes half a century. I just want to make more wintery has. :(

I was trying to work on a couple of contest HAs and it was totally awful! The only other area as bad are the forums. Guess I'll get some questing done.

Since two days, my HA won´t change again.

I noticed that the HA picture showing when I go to the Personal tab and lightly tap Friends option & then lightly tap , it shows her current HA outfit but, when I then click on Comments from there in order to leave her a comment, the HA picture showing on that Comments box is the outfit she was wearing several days ago, not her current HA. I am using an iPad Pro with Safari browser.

This was originally posted on 12/30. Yesterday (1/23/19) I was still seeing the older version HA’s for Kris’s and several other friends that had changed their HA outfits in the past couple of weeks. When I went to see if it was the same on my Windows 10 PC using Monzilla Firefox browser, their HA pictures were the same. I then cleared my IPad Safari browser cookies & history and that seemed to fix the issue as both their drop down profile picture and comment picture were the same too. Just a few minutes ago, I noticed that Kris had changed her wardrobe outfit today. I checked to see if the picture showing on her name and the one showing with the comment box are the same using my iPad. They are not. Her HA showing for leaving a comment is still yesterday’s outfit. I then went to my PC to see if it was just an iPad Safari issue but it is not. The PC Firefox was showing the same discrepancy between the outfits pictures showing. I can live with the differences as I am too lazy to clear out my browser history whenever I notice someone has changed their outfit. But, in case it is something that is fixable, I wanted to let you know. Thank you :)

Is this still ongoing because my avatar won't load in the wardrobe at all. This is the first day I am having trouble with it. I am using an HP laptop w/chrome browser. Thank you

[edit] Ok...it loaded but....old version. When I clicked to convert to new version, it loaded a really old avatar and all of my saved outfits from like the past year are gone!!

Hey and Merry Lumi and Happy New Year!! Thank you so much for your help! The avatar is showing in my wardrobe but not on my profile page. Even in the wardrobe it shows a broken link above my avatar. Is there anything you can do to help with the saved outfits?
