River sighed. This was the kind of thing that sometimes bothered her. "Yes, I know. Most people in Africa don't use wands at all. It's obvious I'm not African. I didn't learn when I was little. But I've lived in Egypt for awhile."

"I'm really sorry that you didn't get to learn wile you were young but I bet you'll pick it up quick!" Ebele offered River a smile that she hoped might uplift her. "I bet you had some interesting experiences while in Egypt though. What part did you grow up in?" Ebele continued to munch on her version of the smore's treat but did so very slowly as it was still a sweet cracker and her taste buds were prickling already.

Seb accepted Ebele’s well done s’more happily. Although after he had finished both his and hers, he found the stickiness of his fingers to be a bit irritating. “That was amazing, but I could do without this.” He said while pressing and forcibly unsticking his fingers together over and over again. “Guna go wash my hand, be right back.” He stood and brushed the crumbs from his lap into the fire pit before making haste toward the boys lavatory.

When he returned he plopped back down beside the girls and reached for the deck of cards. “If you haven’t played we should start with the classic version, what do you think River?” The classic version was a bit more slower paced for beginners. Seb wasn’t a seer, but he could tell there would be some explosions in the near future. He had yet to realize he was interrupting a conversation. ( )

"We can start off slow," River replied to Seb. Then she took a breath and replied to Ebele. "I lived in England till I was four. Then in Aswan, Egypt from 4 until 5, then Peru, New Zealand for two years, then Abydos for 2 years I think and then Scotland and Ireland, and then Cairo which has been about 3 years. It gets a little foggy on the exact spans."

Ebele's eyes widened at the vast number of homes the girl have had. "River, that is amazing! I've never met anyone who has traveled to and lived in so many places!" Ebele smiled while thinking about all those places and the unique things there must have been to explore in each one. "Maybe another time you'll have to tell me some of your favorite memories -- for now let's get started with that game." Ebele nodded towards Seb and waited for further instructions.

"Yeah its fun to explore, but it would be nice to stay in one place for awhile," the girl said. She nodded.
