Having separate groups for the two releases vs design sales does seem like the more organized way. I wonder if just labeling my threads super clearly would do the trick, if I do decide to use just the one ping. Ala "Tart's Bakery :: Wig Design Sale 7/28" vs "Tart's Shop :: Skirt" . I'll have to ponder it. I do think I'll try out both finished designs and sketches, as well as offering finished CIs or totally custom CI sometimes. Seems like that would be best for everyone, just being flexible! Thanks for your feedback buddy! :)

I'm a little late to the game but I wanted to answer the questions.

1. Would you be annoyed if I pinged just one group for both CW sales/CW commissions/CW auctions? What arrangement do you prefer?

I don't mind one way or the other. I don't really like being pinged by like 5 groups for the same one thing, but I like not missing out on things, so two groups is fine and one group is fine. :P

2. If you're interested in design sales, do you prefer them to be fully finished and ready to submit, or do you like sketch design sales (or both)?

I actually like a mix of both. Sometimes I really enjoy sketch sales because it means I can often times make changes, but I also like ready made sales too 'cus I can just submit. :P

3. When buying a cw design, do you prefer the CI to be already finished (with the option for a new one of your choice for a fee), or would you prefer choosing your own design after purchase?

I don't mind either a CI already made or not made. I find that with sketch sales usually buyer gets to pick out the CI idea, but sometimes I find that I'm drawing a blank on ideas so it's nice to have options. But for a ready-made design I'm okay with buying a design and CI. I don't think I've yet to actually turn down a design because of CI and if it's a design I really like/want I'd be willing to pay the fee to change the CI. Also, I've seen some artists sometimes have a pool of CI ideas already drawn out and you can pick which one you want for your design.

I like that some artists mix and match things like that. I can't wait to see what you draw! I've been wanting to get one of your designs for a while but I've been out of ideas on things to commission lately.

Noo problem about lateness, I'm still really happy to receive responses! I agree with not liking to be overpinged, so I definitely want to stay aware of that. And I really like the idea of having a pool of CI ideas - I might work on that! And yay, I'm really excited to start doing designs and things. Seems like it can be easier on the artist and the buyer, in a certain way (not having to go through a lengthy commission process, I mean). I hope we can work together soon!
