november to january tend to be the months i'm mostly online while i'm usually hardly on between august and september haha

a lot of my oldest pets are from november 2012 which is when i really got into subeta, so they have very similar creation/adoption dates aaaaand my 4 june babies are all from the same day, since i was coming back from a long hiatus and had a bunch of pet ideas i wanted to create but i was also still in school and wanted to wait for my exams to be over first :>

Some interesting findings! I figured a lot of mine would have December creation dates, because that's when my Subetaversary is. Usually I have a pet planned well in advance so I always make a pet right away when I get my Loyalty box. But I realized that's only once a year so I'd only have 6. :3

Of my 29 pets: 6 in December 3 in January (and two pets I didn't create, I didn't count then, but it is kind of interesting that they're both in January) 6 in February 1 in March 1 in April 1 in May 2 in June 3 in July 4 in August

and I apparently don't create any pets September - November.

So other than December, my winning month is February. I don't even know why, but that's fascinating. XD

Of my 23, I've got: January - 1 February - 1 March - 4 April - 2 May - 2 June - 1 July - 2 August - 0 September - 1 October - 2 November - 1 December - 6

Evidently March and December are my pet creating months haha! Mind you, most of my December pets are hella old, but it's still quite interesting to see.

Looks like the months I am most likely to get pets are: October (with 10 overall), April (with 8 overall), and July (with 7 overall). October is the month I get my Loyalty Box so I expected it would have the most. I feel like April and July have something to do with when new slots have been made available. I used to fill every available slot ASAP with pretty shiny new concepts.

I find it most interesting that September and December get no love from me. December is not a surprise; it's usually pretty busy IRL... I've got no idea what's going on with September.

There must be something about summer months... I have 4 pets from both June and July.

Most of the pets I create myself were born in May, since that's when I get my Loyalty slot.

Looking at my own, even counting the birthdays of pets I've adopted, it seems May and June are tied with 5 pets each. May recently caught up with June when during a name snag spree this year when I created Morpha, Somnia, Skorupi, and Kartana--that's four pets within the same month!

Also, for some reason, I do not own any pets born in the month of February, April, August, and October. Which is weird because April is my birth month and October has my favorite holiday.

That took longer than I expected (seeing as most of my pets have profiles that hide their date of creation :P)

But, pets I've created (not adopted): January: 2 February: 3 March: 2 April: 3 May: 4 June: 4 July: 2 August: 1 September: 4 October: 4 November: 1 December: 3

so May, June, September, and October all tie with 4 pets created

and pets I've adopted (still the date they were created, rather than the date I adopted them) January: 6 March: 4 April: 4 May: 2 June: 3 July: 5 August: 5 September: 3 October: 3 November: 2 December: 1

Which makes January the date most of my pets were created with 8, and February & November tied for last place with 3 :P

....and despite having 71 pets, I have two with January 30th birthdays :P

Idk... I think it has to do with people's anniversary date since we get the totems. With new events giving out pet slots this will help change it a little. Mine is June 21st (so June/July), but I did adopt most of them when pound actually was flooded with pets lol.

I'm wondering what the date was that Neopets did its FORCED conversion and then shut down of the pound. I know more than a handful of my guild (I know its not called that on there but drawing a blank) started searching for other sites to play on. And we ended up here.

My loyalty box is in October, so I expected a couple pets in there but...October is tied for the month I made the least pets.

I got most of my pets between December and February and it makes sense - December has Melody's Cottage, and it's the only period of the year I make sure I get online every day
