Bran waited nervously as the Goblet made its decision. Just as when he'd put his name in, part of him wanted it to be chosen and part was scared to death though he wouldn't admit it to just anyone. When Corvus () was announced, he cheered for the other boy, even though he didn't know him well. It was school pride after all!! Then River's () name sailed out and Bran looked over at his new friend and gave her a thumbs up and a big grin. Lenore () was next and he applauded loudly for the Slytherin girl. When his own name was called however, it took a moment to register and then he was aware that his face probably showed his shock. He heard Lynnie's sharp intake of breath and glanced over at his little sister who was looking at him with wide eyes. He'd have to reassure her later that he would make it out alive...even though he harbored his own doubts. Bran nearly missed the announcement of Zala () as he was lost in his own musings, but he managed to give the Alexandrain girl a smile of congratulations. When Terry ()was called for Hogwarts he clapped and smiled and saw that Lynnie was also applauding for their new friend. The hall was loud with all the excited voices and congratulations. Bran accepted his with an easy grin and sincere thanks. He high-fived Lydia (), his Thunderbird buddy, gave Rain () a wink, and went a bit crazy as he hugged Faye () and spun her around briefly before setting her down with a blush. He apologized and hoped she'd understand he'd been a bit caught up in the moment. Hastily, he headed over for a drink. He scanned the selection and chose a favored comfort drink, Caramel Hot Chocolate (, could I have this one please and thank you!), anticipating that he'd need the calming comfort of chocolate.

Looking around the room cautiously, Ebele, marveled at the Goblet of Fire. "It's so amazing," her whisper floated aimlessly through the air. She wanted to say more but she was afraid that her voice might cause ripples through the magic laden air, possibly catching it on fire when it inevitably sparked.

Ebele was not sure exactly how the Goblet of Fire magic worked but took a cautionary step backwards just to be extra safe. She'd been introduced to magic through her childhood but had never seen anything so encompassing and unusual as this goblet and its bright blue dancing flame.

"Alright! Yeah! Go River! Go Zala! Everyone else, too!," Kai jumped up from where he was sitting to applaud and cheer on the chosen champions. "Wooohooo!," he hollered before whistling towards River and Zala.

Faye was so happy for all the champions. Sure she had put her name into the goblet, but she felt slightly relieved not to be the center of attention. That would have been a lot of pressure, and waiting for the Ilvermorny names to be called, her stomach had been doing back flips.

When her friend Bran was chosen she was a bit taken aback when he hugged her, but his happiness made her giggle quite a bit. She hoped that no one noticed that she was blushing furiously. She brushed off his apology in what she hoped was a smooth manner, and then went to give his sister Lynnie a high five.

Looking over at the table piled with drinks, she chose one that would hopefully relax her tingling nerves. She chose a steaming glass of Smores Hot Chocolate ( Please, and thanks!) hoping the heat of the drink would cool her down.

Private Outfit Eva was enthralled by the appearance of the Goblet. She had never expected to see anything that beautiful, even in the world of magic. As the color of the flames changed, she could feel her heart beating faster and faster, even though she had never even placed her name in the Goblet! After all the champions were called, she was so excited for her Ilvermorny champions, its going to be a great tournament.
