It's a concept that scares me xD There has been a threat of taking away sidebar widgets - which are necessary for me to function on here - and the threat of pet profiles breaking. I went ahead and re-saved all my pet profiles just now, but hopefully I'm only paranoid.

I understand. Anything that comes with huge changes is gonna require users to adapt to some extent.

We are hoping to move away from sidebar widgets, but that isn't meant as a threat! We're not going to take them away without making sure we replace them with something just as good. As for pet profiles, I actually have an idea for saving those while still allowing people to opt in to a newer layout. I think the new layout is something we really need to get moving on, and I promise I won't ignore the concerns you and other users have brought up as we work on it.

That's all I'll say here though because it's starting to get really off-topic :)

Well, I for one think the minimum-width adjustment to the GA page is a vast improvement to the layout's readability. Good fix on that! It looks fantastic, especially with the other minor wording and image updates, too.

Mmm, now that's clever. I'm sure most people would be devastated if suddenly their pets' profiles were to break, especially for people like me who have around 60 pets, making it harder to fix everything immediately should a drastic change to the coding be pushed out. At the same time, it'd be seriously fantastic to have some less convoluted coding to work with, so that's an exciting endeavor to think about.
