Bio:Fade's mother attended Hogwarts and graduated at the top of her class. A decade after graduation she met a non-magical man and decided to settle down. Even though Fade exhibited signs of being a Metamorphmagus like his grandmother, his parents didn't tell him that he was a wizard until the day his acceptance letter arrived. Using a combination of hair dye and shampoo, they kept their family secret quiet for as long as they were able. Attending Hogwarts for Fade is like living a dream. Sometimes he has a hard time believing it is real, and then finds himself getting into trouble as a reality check. Goals: Wants to read every book in the Restricted Section.

He dislikes it to be compared to others - unless it's someone pointing out how much better he is. He prides himself on being as non-ordinary as he can be, even if others might think different, which makes him seem a bit delusional sometimes. Lorcan is prone to use other people as a sounding board for his own ideas and theories in discussion rather than actual conversation partners and thinks his ideas need to be heard. He's well aware that his behaviour is condescending, but he has little interest in people who do not share his interests or intellect. His way of thinking is abstract, imaginative and objective at the same time which makes him withdrawn in his own restless mind often. His constant thinking makes him have some self-doubts from time to time.

He loathes rules and can be a bit dishonest and even unreliable. However, he can work well with people sharing his enthusiasm and interests and makes a well-working partner. Yet, Lorcan is far more concerned with efficiency than being emotional support. When it comes to relationships, Lorcan does not care about social classes, as he believes that intellect is not only a thing in the upper class. In fact, he prides himself more on his knowledge about his favourite things than blood status. He takes friendship very seriously.

Even though Lorcan hates to admit it, he cares about magical creatures a lot and is very devoted to animals. He enjoys playing the piano and flying on a broom, but he is a bad Quidditch player as he can't trust others to get the job done as good as himself - at least that's what he thinks.

Bio: Born to two pure-blood parents - his father a Ravenclaw like him his mother an Ilvermorny alumna (Wampus), Lorcan was able to experience magic from a young age. The family lived in London then as both his parents worked there - his mother in diagon alley and his father had a small job at the ministry. When he was 4 years old, Lorcan saw his mother for the last time when she left for work. He remembers his father bursting into their house, packing the family's things and moving to Inishmore, an Irish Island with little population in just a few hours. His father told him to never ask about his mother's whereabouts, quit his job at the ministry and now has a little apothecary with owl-service. They also own a second cottage close to the town centre which they use as bed and breakfast for Muggle tourists. The official reason for their move is his father's Irish heritage and even though Lorcan tried to get to the truth, his father stayed unyielding. The boy is not pleased with the lack of information. As his parents severed ties with their own parents, there's no possibility for Lorcan to contact them. He owns a magpie and despite everything that led to his life on the island, he enjoys the nature the island offers to him - it's something he would have never experienced in London.

Goals: Lorcan wants to work with magical creatures as he's interested in how their unique abilities and magic differ from wizardkind. He has a great desire to know the anatomical processes in magical creatures - like how the dragons produce their fire and why house elves can apparate in some place where wizards and witches can't.
