JELLO CAKE. the most delicious cake in the history of cake itself. Definitely my favorite thing to eat in the summer. Its so light and fluffy and flavorful.

- Black Cherries

I don't count ice cream as a summer treat for me as I eat it year-round :D

The first is a 'GBC' (Gin, Basil, Cucumber) drink! And I like to eat pretty light in the summer, so there's a salad: Grilled Peach, Blueberry, and Goat Cheese Arugula! I just wanna to sit in some sun soaked garden with friends and this food every night this summer!

Sorry, on my sister's computer and it's a pain.

First one is summer cocktails, this is a rosé and tequila sangria. The second one is a traditional summertime dessert from my country called halo-halo.

It's hands down their best flavor THE best flavor of all time. Nobody does it as well as GH does it.

One of my absolute favorites.

Since the best Hot Beef Sundae is at the Iowa State Fair, I wait all year long just to have this beauty.

23rd entry, Summer treat! *edited with a different pic coz the first one wasn't working :< for some reason we only make this at Christmas time but it's a family favourite - custard trifle! ours looks like this one because we line the bowl with the slices of jam sponge roll first, but we only dot the cream around the edges and we have a buttload more custard, and no strawberries on top usually :D just yummy sherry and peach juice soaked sponge, tinned peach slices, then cubes of two flavours of jelly (usually port wine and whatever the green one is :P lime? idk), topped with the most amazing home-made custard that my mum makes, and finished off with a little vanilla cream that has been whipped to soft peaks and some more jelly cubes in the middle. YUM!! we make it for dessert for Christmas dinner, and usually end up eating it for breakfast the next day XD and now i really want some ;-;

Oh man, summer is like awful-unhealthy-food season, but I love it. I'd say my favorite drool-worthy food during the summer is funnel cake. I like to get it at Kings Island after riding roller coasters! :)

Unfortunately only within the strawberry-season possible :<

Looking at everyone's entries has made me hungry, and there's no fruit or ice cream in my house!

My favorites: Rainier cherries... more delicate than red/Bing cherries.

Japanese shaved ice - SO refreshing!

June 23: I have lemonade in the summer. But I like drinking water a lot and sometimes I forget I have the lemonade. To use up the lemonade I make my own lemonade Popsicles :D
