The Vernal Grand Ball is in Falcor, and the Singani are a traveling people. They live in caravans--not quite like gypsies, but there are many similarities.

I don't know if there are any other Ultima Dragons playing WS nesides myself (you'd have to be "of an age and time,") but here's some mood music for Falcor and the Singanis, even though the time period is different. IMHO, this is possibly the most beautiful music ever written specifically for a game. Enjoy!
