I went looking and it seems like they said they might stop the show at 14 seasons since that would be 300 episodes. So i infer that to mean that as long as the CW is willing to pay what they want, they'll keep going. I'm pissed about the spoilers I know about though. Wayward Sisters is gonna be my enjoyable thing. If they don't fuck it up.
