It looks like some of the folks are starting to hit stage 8 if you check the hovers for the folks listed under each infection. The last one has none.

Yes ! Any strain that starts before Pandemic ends will finish and will unlock.

Okay. I knew that was true for the normal strains, but since I didn't even know we could actually unlock the vials, I wasn't sure about them.

They were made unlockable last year and not everyone noticed ! When I did I checked on them to see what I could and couldn't do. XD
