Are 'slant' hink pinks all right, such as one of the words having an 's'?

Also what are we doing? Can you use another word to explain? cos when the kinky hinky pinky things words are used I'm just getting so lost. -has really bad migraine which doesn't help-

Hink Pink = single syllable only; it's like the traditional game of Higgledy Piggledy / Hinky Pinky

At least the way I learned it growing up, you have one-syllable answers and it's a "hig pig" (or "hink pink") If the answers are two syllables, it's "higgle piggle" (or hinky pinky) If the answers are three syllables it's "higgledy piggledy" (not sure of the hinky pinky version)

So if I asked you to guess what an insane flower was and said it was a higgle piggle, you'd say "crazy daisy" And if I asked you to guess a hink pink for an oversized hairpiece, you'd say "big wig" If I had said you should guess a higgledy piggledy for a dog who spreads diseases without catching them, you might guess "carrier terrier"

I think since the name is Hink Pink and the examples were also all one syllable that that is probably a requirement.

Meanwhile, don't feel too bad. I understand Hink Pinks, but I had to google steampunk - and the result I got was "historic sci fi" = historic/futuristic = does not compute! (And I am fashion inept so that doesn't help either!) Fortunately, I have a team and I can see what they wear and also have them check my HA! (So nice to have teammates!)

You may hink pink, you may hinky pinky, you may hinkely pinkely. The words used each have to be the same number of syllabes as each other, but they do not have to be singles.

What you are doing is creating a small news story that would have two headlines in some sort of hink pink format--no slants! If you word has an "s", then they all should.

For example. if you're talking anout obese felines fighting over a lush pad, it could be: fat cat mat spat, or if you were talking about a beautiful but tiny cat. you could say: itty bitty pretty kitty.

The cleverness of the news story and the headlines is the issue here.

Thank you guys for trying to explain, I appreciate it very much. I am dyslexic and I'm also a very visual person. The learning disabilities sometimes makes it so that even if it is clear to most, it isn't always to me. For me sometimes just having it put into a different context helps. GreenRowan, thanks for this darling <3 this cleared all confusion up.
