vanilla ice cream with small white chocolate chunks molded into small snowflake shapes while very cold and then quickly dipped in a thin gloss of vodka, modified starch, and an amazing amount of sugar for a light crisp coating. Served standing upright on an ice plate on an ice table in an ice bar in an ice hotel in one of the most northerly cities of Arctic Frost. They do not readily melt and since you yourself are so cold you may have to do some chewing.

peppermint - spearmint - wintergreen each in colored crystals pink/green/blue also with tiny chocolate bits. But you can't really taste the chocolate much, the mint is so intense. Served in an ice hotel restaurant with a chandelier north of the arctic circle in Sweden. She is heaped generously on an ice plate that's just a block of ice that's vaguely plate-shaped with an ice spoon that is more like a spatula because a regular spoon shape would melt first.
