it barely qualifies as writing but i got a lil something up for storm shadow and mephilia. i changed storm's profile, too. i'm probably going to use that one for most of the others. nepenthe's a day or two away from their perfect job (free gift distributor), and i've got an idea for a better profile for them too.

that's... not much, but it's more than i've done in a while.

Managed to snag a dream pet name in today's clearing! Herne the Hunter is now just plain Herne! -snugs my pretty baby- I've loved the legend/folk tale/myth/whatever you call it of Herne since I was a kid so I'm glad to have a tribute to him ❤

I'm also trying to make myself get back to work on my pets again after a long hiatus. I finally finished the layout of Blimpmon's profile yesterday (with help from thanks!) His TC is pretty sad and he doesn't have a story, but at least he's got a nice blue sky to blimp along in now~

finished up the visuals for Swiftie's profile and i'm really happy with how it looks ;w; i have NO clue what i'm going to do for the "story," though, if anything at all. i could make her an informative pet but that's kinda boring. idk...

...i don't really feel like i deserve a gold star tho because profile-making is so easy for me compared to writing :"D NO GOLD STAR TIL I GET OFF MY ASS AND WRITE >:0

I finally finished up the story for Hallowed about 2 weeks ago! It's like, 34k words. rip. It's only lightly edited though because I needed to take a break from it for awhile. Started adding some tc things as well.

I ID swapped about 4 pets with lucky pound snags. (One was like 400k!) so that meant a lot of moving stuff around. i'm really grateful for the (testing phase) mass tc add feature for gold accounts. :D

Iridestra Compel had her old profile totally taken down because it was a hot mess and bugged the crap out of me. I put up my normal profile template on her for the time being. It's not pretty but at least it's cleaner this way. Long ago, 3-4 years? I did this art for her as a brown Yaherra with green peacock feathers but down the line changed her to be white/grey and she was more deer/horse like with a muzzle and these fancy horns. Well with the new colors I decided to go back to her OG version since her original old look actually works perfectly with the Marsh Yaherra colors. And I've just renamed her a few minutes ago (lol) because compelling is totally her thing. and it was available xD She's my everything pet and the one I'd never swap id's on since I made her when I signed up so this name change has my emotions a little bit. is a baby

I did a LOT of behind the scenes work on Eriu's profile! OMG I can't even tell you how baller I felt when I taught myself how to make text hoverable over an 'empty' area. Go ahead, hover over the top 3 icons! It's not directly connected to an image or anything at all which is tricky af. But anyways- yay! Now I can finish it up and I'm redoing the profile layout itself so I can add a spot to put a prologue, art, and a spot for an eventual nominate botton. Changing the colors to orange and green too since I feel like it's too boring right now, everything blends together with all that green. I also changed his minion because a black, creepy, mystical cat seemed so much more fitting than the . I mean, you can't see hardly anything I'm talking about ON the profile lol.. I'm doing a custom overlay on the minion and plugging it directly onto the profile so i can change the font but it's on the actual pet at least, even if you can't see it, lol. It's the <3 It's almost done though...so close!

Both Eriu and Hallowed are both adopted pets so i'm just really happy they're finally coming together :)

I had a little bit of inspiration today and actually wrote the beginning of a thing for Honeylocust. It's definitely still a rough draft (verb tenses are my weakness) but it's exciting to have something to write. :D Threw a few TC items in there so the page wasn't too plain. And it feels like an accomplishment because I had zero idea what to do with that name yesterday! Yay, progress!

Gentle Crimson got some artwork added to their page to make up for the gif I had there getting deleted on accident.

Both their profiles are nonexistant still. :/ Humbug.

1. I finally decided to let some pets go so I can focus better on the others

2. I made a huge pet overview to check my pet situation.

3. I name changed one of the older id pets that I had sitting around, Hello Harz! And I changed them into a nostalgic ontra

4. I cleaned out the tc's of the pets that I'm going to adopt out and I moved around tc's as well.

Considering that I needed to do this before carrying on with my actual pets:

So this is like, the opposite of progress, but okay. I was just thinking about what pet I would make next in the future... since subeta loves doing quest-a-thons I just assume another pet slot will be inevitable. I really wasn't planning on doing anything right now. ...Until I saw the name of one of my characters was sitting on an inactive account. So yeah... Throwing down sP on one millionaire center petslot later... Congratulations! You have just adopted Malarkey the Zasaba! I have... literally nothing prepared. xD Aw jeez.

I made a [temporary?] profile for Hou, turned them into a chibi fester, got them a minion & some tc items, made a visual design with a generator ( so that I know what to aim for when I actually try to draw them;;; ), and wrote down some short 'facts' that seemed to fit.

I still need to get them a genderless berry, draw them, and write a story or something, but you know - progress is progress no matter how small?

I am making progress with Reynaud's story. Still a lot to write but allready have some writen down and a lot more in mind =). Still need to make a colored version of his portrai and probably try my luck with a full body pick.. which will be a a pain, cause of his armor ^^

Also need to figue out how to make "turn-over pages" on his profile. and still waiting for his overlay ^^

I suck at drawing my OCs, but after getting invited to the SS I had to make some refs etc., and amongst others I ended up drawing Akuma for the first time! Finally I have a picture to put on his profile!! /sobs

It probably has a bunch of issues, but I haven't drawn proper fullbodies in forever, and it's my OC for once, so I'm going to let myself be a little bit proud for a little while. ~

Thank you! ^^ And I know, right? It's been my problem for as long as I've had OCs; the images in my head get messed up through my style as I try to get them down on paper. It's very discouraging. Still, I adore my characters too much to stop, and I think I'm finally getting an idea of exactly what I've been doing wrong, so if I can focus on steering my style in the right direction then all that's left is practice~ One step at a time. (:

I am making more and more progress on Reynaud's story but somhow get the feeling that I still long not done with it =), also I still need to make a colored version of his pic.. same with Kitai.

I think Akuma looks pretty neat ^^ but I know that feeling when drawing OCs and there is allways something that I can't get right.

I think a lot people have that problem, especially at the beginning. At least it became better over time and I even have some OCs I am really satisfied with, at least in most parts (Bair or Carus are some I really love; also Reynaud starts growing on me, but he still needs to be colored.. and I am somhow afraid of it ^^).

But lately I am more into writing, when I have a bit of time and WoW is not consuming me ^^ and at least I made big progress with Reynaud's profile today (Thx to a friend).

- Reynaud looks good so far, but then again so do all of your pets. I haven't read the whole story, but so far it's really good! Also would love to see the art finished for him; it looks amazing already :)

- Akuma looks so amazing, I have no idea what you're talking about! Also loved the story. It's sad and lonely, but well written :)

- I loooove that rain animation! It turned out really nice looking :) A few more frames could have made it smoother, but I have the same fear as you when it comes to anything like that. I'd hate to have a really slow loading profile. Looks great though!

- I have a code set that changes the (very ugly) scroll bar so it's not so bad looking :) You can change the hex codes to whatever you want so the color of the bar matches your profile:

I managed to get all of the graphics and coding work on Longjing's profile done and I am actually stupidly pleased with the appearance of it. I just need to sort out a way to make that scrollbar less ugly. And now thanks to Celestial I've got nice scrollbars. I also fixed the page width and height issue so it shouldn't hide relevant parts of the profile when the window is smaller

I still need to write the story but I'm giving myself a full star for this!
