More weenies for TBT. I wish they would distribute the difficulty of TBT challengers this month a little more evenly. One hard and one easy each month would be nice.

I'm only doing that since he is not getting all of the battle quests consistently yet while Verdugo is still on his way to cap. If you have multiple pets where you are alternating BQs between them monthly, like me, then I would consider boosting level as well. Otherwise you can keep training other stats slow in the training center and boost the stats you want to focus on using BQ experience. Alternatively, if you are training evenly then you can just train everything with experience.

Yes, it's often better to read series books in order so you understand all the references to what has happened before the book you're currently reading (if, of course, unlike me you manage to remember all of it. :-) )

His treasure chest only means that I got the achievement for having a ton of items in a treasure chest :P I did notice when I went to look at it that I had 666 slots, so I had to buy one more to get off of that number!

Completed BQs up through Level 20 and stuck on Level 21 with Surge. So far 2 losses (one quick and one long drawn out battle and a misjudged and wasted Negating Pylonic at the end) - even worse, I accidentally clicked my skip button back at Level 15 so I don't have one for using today.

My Prehistoria has freezer mods and I combo that with Death Delusion Scroll to try and keep freezing him >_> He can't be cursed though so maybe Prehistoria/Sentinel aren't a good combo hm..

I did forget that I had a Pirate Cutlass until today, pulled it from Wardrobe and threw it in the armory. Maybe that would be better?

Also in general to anyone who knows... Sorry if this is a dumb question but do weapon modifiers "stack"? Like do your chances of activating the blessing on the natural armor crystal increase if you have 2+ on a weapon?

- They don't add up, like you don't have a 20% chance if you put 2 10% crystals on your weapon, but if you have two, you do have two separate 1/10 chances that it activates. So they don't stack, because they still work individually, but you still get the benefit of having two. Does that make sense? I'm not the greatest at probability. Maybe our resident math teacher can explain better?

That does make sense! I couldn't comprehend that one could add 10% chances with stacking (would be way too OP) so that wasn't making sense... The way you put it does make sense though. Thank you!

As for weapons, at your tier and above legendary combo and Sentinel don't cut it anymore. Pirate Cutlass looks good against him. What other attackers have you got available in your set? His second biggest icon type is physical and the Bone Grinder is the only affordable physical blocking option I can find for T8. A more expensive option (but probably more helpful for the % heal) is the Turkey Quill and you can slot 2 physical defence baguettes on it for added defence. Its attack however is rather underwhelming.

If you use the Bone Grinder you might need an infinite healing scroll to make up for the lack of heal on it.

That is correct. If you want to calculate the actual probability, you have to look at the chance of the mod not activating. If you have 2 of the same mods with a 10% chance of activating, the first could activate, the second could activate, the 1st and 2nd could activate, or neither could activate. You're happy with the first 3 outcomes but not the fourth. If you calculate what you don't want to happen, you can easily back your way into the answer you do want. The probability that one doesn't activate is .9, so the probability that both don't activate is .9^2 or .81 chance. All of the probabilities added together add up to 1, so the probability of at least 1 mod activating is 1 - .81 = .19 or 19%.
