Morning :D I just finished battling Gelashell 10x, and it's time to go back to Hydragellos.

Tziety has done a total of 4,308,787 damage to Hydragellos! Yesterday I only did 125 battles, but I still did over 1m damage :D

I managed to beat Gelashell with my top 3 pets, stalled at win 8 or so with my biggest T7 with some AP. Another T7 without any AP managed to get only a win so far. I'm debating whether or not to push it with other T7s. Maybe not this year. I'm kind of burned out from all the battling.

There are perhaps new challengers tonight? Or are there new scrolls added to the Wizards? Hmmm I'm curious.

I've managed to come up with a code that lays out the scrolls and potions horizontally. If this is something you want to try out, I'd gladly share the code with you (and anyone who might be interested:

Basically if you don't have any potions or scrolls the box will collapse. I set my boxes as having fixed width but I can make it so that they extend to full length with no scrolling for either of the boxes, or one box with fixed width and the other full length. Can also adjust the weapon box so that it scrolls when there are more than 8 weapons.

Me too! For me it's because I feel that my pet has finally grown to the point where he can beat most of the challengers this time (the wizards remain to be seen - I don't want to speak too soon). However the most important of it all is that the core is finally within grasp. I think I'd have much more trouble if this were a regular boss battle, and even so all that trouble might go to waste if I could not manage to make it into the leaderboard.

Exactly ! I've never seen a top prize within my grasp, so I never felt like it was worth losing all those battles and healing back up just to lose again. I am hoping Tziety is finally strong enough to take the Wizards (I'd be happy with just 5 wins! :P)

Today I don't really mind being or not in the leaderboard. I just want the prizes I missed last war, Core included :P

I don't really care about being in the leaderboard either. In a regular boss battle all I care about is to deal enough damage to get the top prize. I wouldn't mind being the last one in the leaderboard if I could just get a chance at winning the top prize, but it would hurt if I came just one place below the cutoff.

Let's see tonight. I think we can get at least 5 wins on him!

Yeah a new challenger would make sense I suppose. It does seem a bit early still to send the Wizards out, so maybe we'll get another new challenger tonight and Wizards tomorrow? Or maybe the new challenger is more difficult than the Wizards and will come out tomorrow. Either way, it is curious.

I think the next boss battle, regardless of it being a 'normal' or another of the current Hydragellos type, I'd be more willing to lose a lot and get a lot of damage in, because I'd have this war to look back to and know it's possible.

You're right :D This war is very motivating for me too. Knowing something is possible helps a lot in changing my perspective and encouraging me to take risks more.

I'm excited for a new challenger! :D I still hope the wizards come out tonight though. Tomorrow works start so I can't stay up late to catch up with them. It'd be nice to have a challenger slightly more difficult than the wizard (or even easier) but the main point is they will be the last wave of challenger so that more wizards will come out (once tonight and once together with the new challenger wave). That'd be cool since it allows more time to get the wizard achievement.

Indeed ! I believe that with this war and the UI improvements, we'll have more battlers in the future as well hehe And we'll all be trying to improve for the next war or event :D

Yeah true, although we still have a few more days left of the event so they could release some more at least once each day until the end. At least more of the ones that have been running out quickly.

I'd be happy if I could beat the Wizard at least 5 times this year, but I'll try for 10 unless it just takes me too many losses with no progress.

I've gotten the Core before (WAY back, like one of the first ones), and in the last war was just shy of top prize even though I fought non-stop with him. Yes, it hurts bad, . Nice CSS, btw!

I love this way better; it lets us know what to work for without losing sleep or worrying that we will come up just short!

Thank you :) Somehow I work better with the old UI so I just wanted to change the current layout a bit so that it resembles the settings I had for the old one.

I also love this new format. I bet more cores are going out this year than ever so perhaps next year there will be some changes to Gelatin War if it happens at all.

/yawn 300 losses with my second pet should put me very near the 5 mil mark Gonna take a break and do some quests till I can check my damage total. I'm tired of battling and definitely not gonna bother with a third pet lol

Haha you are taking on the shell? You can do it!!! I used the sierrac flail and my trident, made quick work of him. We just had our first food/fuel stop. Still have another 4 hours to go x.x
