I guess that's a good point, since I only have the one battle pet though it makes sense to just use the ME instead of a Core.

I'm really hoping the ones I still need will end up being brought back this Black Friday, I'm only missing the Research Note challengers from 2013. I need them for books as well, but I'm only going for one copy each this time around for the challengers.

- I've already been warned that I will outgrow it. In fact, right now the one I'm using is a long term loan (I am a very lucky learning battler and have been hugely helped by so many). And I'd be delighted with more of them for now, thank you. There have been several battles where I would have equipped two and no Aftershocks. Besides it would be a great reason to keep growing my AP. The one thing I have been buying all along is books and there are lots of not yet read ones in my vault!

I'm working on freezers. I have one PW which is a low percentage but does help and doesn't cost me HP. The biggest issue with those freezers (aside from buying/earning them in the first place) is I haven't figured out when to use them effectively. They're only single use and when I really need a freeze, I'm usually also in need of healing too. So even when I borrow a freezing scroll I can't seem to get the hang of actually winning with it consistently. Something for me to keep working on as I continue to battle and grow Tos.

If I did find a PBow at BHH, it's T10, so I'd probably lend it to you until I got big enough to use it. :-)

Bah, I was planning on some last minute battling with a second pet but battles seem to be lagging quite a bit. Has there been any discussion of what we think the damage tiers are going to be? Other than 5mil being the highest, of course.

I've been in a grey zone with battling lately where I had beaten everyone I could and beating harder opponents seemed like it was a long time away

- for some reason battling seems to have trenches where things on one side get really easy before you can tackle much on the other side. And crossing those trenches seems like it takes a very long time. But hang in there and you will be climbing out on the far side of the trench and able to take on a whole new set of opponents. You can do it.

I got a Lenovo Thinkpad. I've had my old laptop for about eight years and I'll miss it, but it was time. And thanks for that damage list. My goal was to make it to 500k with my pet but I don't think it's going to happen.
