She is taking care of last minute details in the kitchen." She was bouncing from excitement as she moved out of the way "We might have gone a little overboard with decorations, but please come in!"

As the room came into view you notice the palm trees around the room and colorful flower garlands wrapping the columns of the restaurant. It is then you are hit with the sweet and spicy aromas of the food being set up in the far corner, close to the kitchens, it is there you also notice a small stage being set up where a gramophone was being put into place.

Suddenly Gaia interrupts your thoughts "I know! The music is going to be A-MA-Zing!"She giggled "really, we worked on getting a good mix of muggle and wizard music together, but mostly we have some tropical music to set the vibe!" As if in cue an upbeat Calypso with steel drums started playing and the palm tress started swaying ((a little bit)) to the rhythm of the music. "I hope you enjoy! I will be collecting permission slips at the door and I will be around if you need me. Enjoy!"

Looking around the room Gaia had a fun idea "What about we limbo?!?! I think it would be fun for us to try our flexibility!"

((Sorry I have been a bit MIA I had 11 hour shifts and it pretty much takes my productive day away from me. We can limbo now and continue the surprises the rest of the week!))

"Please everyone quiet down. We have some things we need to talk about! I know you are have had a good time with your friends and all, but as a Hogwarts activity there are some safety regulations we have to..."

"Before we go into the safety of things you may have noticed my dad has been making rounds for a little bit." She motions at her dad "This is Gregory Kavanagh and he is here to help out Mister Caswell." Gaia grinned "No, I did not invite grown-ups to ruin the fun. I know this has been a low-key get together and mostly a quiet day of being with friends. This is all about to change. You are all aware there is a part on your letter home and permission slip that you could not see. This was done on purpose." Gaia giggled and pulled out a piece of parchment from her pocket. She cleared her throat and read out loud.

Gaia folded the paper and continued "This is the note sent by our Headmistress to all of your parents. WE ARE GOING TO A QUIDDITCH GAME!!! Magnus () mom is amazing and helped us arrange the whole trip! This party was just a way of fueling up and catch up with out friends before we go! Speaking of which we are getting close to leaving time. We will be taking portkeys to the game. Which is why my dad joined us and one of the reasons Mister Caswell is here." Gaia was grinning in excitement her and Harper () had kept the secret for a while.

OOC ramble - please read

First off I want to thank you all for being part of this RP! We really love creating for you all! I also want to apologize. My work took me away from what I really wanted to do with this RP. I was trying to make this an active and fun event, but I hope you have enjoyed yourself either way! I promise things will settle and we will have a lot of fun in the upcoming months!

Now to the important things XD Your character will go to the game via portkey. We have 2 adults and 2 portkeys among all the students. Don't worry if the RP moves along and you didn't make it on time to "catch" the portkey ride. You will be able to "land" safely (or awkwarly) on the other side.

How it will work. This board will basically be closed once we have taken the portkeys. A new board will be the Quidditch game RP and also our landing. Basically transitioning from one board to the other is a our fun portkey trip! If you have any questions feel free to ask me.

One more thing. You are welcome to face paint or adjust your character for the game. Remember the game will start around 7ish and you will be high up which means it will get colder (if that is something that matters to you and your RPing ^_^)

((Tomorrow night we will use the portkey. Once I get home we will start setting it up so everyone gets a chance to catch up. Sunday we will be at the "game"))

Anyone who would like to take the first portkey with me, gather 'round and wait here just a moment!" Carlisle Caswell walked off into the corner. He picked up an old broom and a mop. Bringing them back to the group, he beamed at them.

"Don't worry, it's not a flying broom--just a regular run of the mill cleaning broomstick. The owner's been kind enough to lend them to us. Everyone who would like to come with me, please grab onto the handle."

He held out the broomstick for the students to hold onto.

"Perhaps you should come with the first group, Magnus, so we can meet with your mum," he nodded to Magnus (). "Anyone that would like to stay can take the mop with , Harper, and Mr. Kavanagh. Our portkey will be leaving in about 5 minutes, so please grab your things, use the restroom if needed, and hurry on back. The second portkey will be leaving about 15 minutes after us."

(OOC: The roleplay timeline is about 20 minutes, but the real time will be longer! So if you aren't here in the next five minutes, don't worry!)

He gripped the broom handle hard as it spun him, Magnus, Merlin, Rosie, and a few other students out of the Leaky Cauldron, bringing them to their destination at the Quidditch game.

( - everyone else, you can either consider yourself one of the few other students or take the second portkey - choice is yours!)
