Tried looking through forms and couldn't find what I was looking for. I know only one account per user which I'm perfectly fine with but can multiple users with their own account that's living in the same household use the same computer?
I have my own computer and mobile device while parents have their computer but sometimes we do all use the same computer on occasion. Right now I am the only one with a account. But if they were to make their own account would it be ok using the same computer? I just wouldn't want to get my account frozen because I went and got on my account through their computer.
You would both/all just need to file a ticket listing the other accounts in the household, I think staff prefers to have a ticket before they even sign up, but I don't know off-hand what kind of information they need other than a heads-up. They could help you out from there c:

thanks for the quick reply. As I said before I have my own devices I would just rather be safe than sorry if they ever do make a account and I get on their computer, I'll make sure to do a ticket to let staff know :)
