what have you been up to lately?

i need to do something fun but might not be able to until Aug for the family reunion :O

none of the French speakers will be mocking, they are all very kind about our attempts at writing in their language. They also (some, not all) will attempt to answer in English to practice, so that can be helpful too.

In the Valentines contest where they matched up partners by a random draw, they allowed the French speaking entrants to specify if they were OK with a non fluent French speaking partner and drew my match from those. I have to say I got the best luck and my partner was brilliant :) She did not mind at all my not very good French.
