We've been here for 2 years now. He has dementia and stage 4 kidney failure among other things. The past few days has been the most lucid I've seen him in a while. Which is probably because he is worrying about mom because she went in the hospital on thursday and got out yesterday. She had a stint put in. I'm glad it was caught early enough to wear she didn't have another heart attack. Good think she works at a nice nursing/retirement home where the nurses were on her quickly. But she has to go back for a stress test in a couple of weeks and depending on the results of that she might have to get another stint. And if she has chest pains before then, she's to immediately go to the ER and they will put a stint in.

Me too. But on bright side...everyone home right now and not in hospital or nursing home! :D And I need to get clothes out of washing machine. I keep forgetting about them. They've had to be done for at least an hour now. :/

I really liked the Divine Denizhen Scroll and it is expensive to buy, but it's a lot less to make. (About 12 mil to buy and under 9 mil to make. Yes I did the math! :-P ) The Cobalt Eternal Scroll is nice too and can be bought at the Millionaire center for 5,500,000. And that's almost the sum of my scroll knowledge! lol

And we're supposed to have a mellow winter! Yayyyy! I'm sorry about your mother and I hope she gets better soon! And your grandfather is lucky to have a family willing to deal with all of that!

I'm still used to a washing machine that washes clothes in an hour...not a half hour or less. Was gonna wash bedstuff too tonight. Too late to do so. Will have to do it tomorrow. At least I got some of my hair out of the carpet in my room with the shop vac so it is safer to take a vacuum cleaner to it without killing it. XD And I vacuumed my window AC unit. So I managed a little bit of productivity tonight.

Cool! Apparently we are supposed to not have a bad winter, but we are due one anytime now and for the fact last winter was quite warm with random 80 degree weather and now we're having fall weather already...we'll probably see a couple of good snow storms this winter and it might get COLD.

what scrolls are you using right now? I can always suggest cheaper ones :p

I am only using the ones from the secluded shrine x3. So anything better then those that might be good for me be amazing x3. maybe somewhere in the 1-2mil Price range a piece. Lower if possible. I appreciate it :D.

divine denizhen isn't too expensive to make really, the holy water is going to be your most expensive ingredient by far :x singed stuffing is a really cheap scroll that is okay. it does some offense and some healing. it's not great, but it's like 5k. it's a good filler until you find a better infinite use healer :)

perilous whirlpools are usually cheap to make in the shrine too, under 1m cheap.

I have practiced a bit to crochet in the round. I haven't gotten very pro at it. I just haven't done anything in several months now. I was going to do a double skein round rug. But havent gotten around to it.

they go up to level 5 scrolls btw, it just depends on your pet's int :)

My pet's Intel is 315, so should I wait until level 5 pops up that way I am guaranteed the best they have to offer?

I think 320 is level 5 but I'm not quite certain.

level 5 aren't guaranteed to be the best, a couple are okay though. the level 5s often require some pretty expensive ingredients though

scrolls come in a few different varieties.

you have your freezers, your infinite use healers, your bombs, and your defense ones. most freezers are opb (once per battle), have a mid to high freeze rate, and either do some offense, defense, or a mixture of both. some freezers are infinite use with a lower chance to freeze but some offensive icons. infinite use healers are obviously better the more they heal, though there's a tradeoff for some defense and a decent amount of offense too with slightly less heal bombs are opb scrolls that do offense. there's one main one that does some healing too. defensive ones are mostly opb and block a good chunk of icons

scrolls are pretty similar across tiers. the only one that changes is your infinite use healer. early on, you're best off with a set hp heal per turn instead of a %hp heal per turn. then there's divine denizhen which is like 5% heal but does some defense too which is probably better than your 7-10% healers, then the 7-10% healers prove more useful as you get more health

Ao it does change as you get higher up in the Tiers, that is good to know. I beat Night Shade for the first time earlier which is a big accomplishment for me.
