I like greek yogurt plain on almost everything (especially spicy things though). I put it on pizza, on spaghetti, on chinese or thai food, on bean burritos, on chicken and rice casserole... yeah.

But if I'm going to eat sweet yogurt I want regular, not greek style !

Do not change your WL!! It was the easiest one I've ever shopped from! Plus, if you go to buy an item it may be with other currencies and you might spend millions of sP when you didn't need to. It is the most logical way imho!!

My 2 cents regarding WL order ^ up there! I put plain Greek yogurt on everything too!! In fact I call it sour cream when I ask my daughter, "do you want sour cream on that?" lol I buy mine from Trader Joe's and it's cheaper and has less sugars in it. Then if I want it sweet I just add stevia and toppings.

I'll be out front when you guys pull up. Oh wait it's only a 2 seater. :-( I kind of liked the mustache on my HA!! :-P

I love plain greek yogurt on refried beans too. Almost everyone who sees me do it thinks it's gross. But it's not to me 💙 I eat it with tortilla chips & call it "bean dip" :D

And in soup. And on salad (especially greek salad which , seems appropriate really). And on baked potatoes (yes, instead of sour cream!) ... and on mashed potatoes and on sweet potatoes and on eggs and ... I could probably do this for hours. I won't bore you with it ...

The problem with just putting stevia or honey or whatever to make it sweet is that it's still greek yogurt and I'd rather have regular yogurt. I do buy plain regular yogurt and mix jam or maple syrup + bananas into it sometimes for sweet yogurt. But I don't like greek yogurt sweet, for some reason, the texture when it's sweet is too "gloppy" or thick I guess. I can stand it if I mix a bit of milk into it to make the texture more like regular yogurt. But the flavor isn't quite the same either.

My favorite brand of greek yogurt is Fage. That is the best tasting one (to me)! I can also eat the store brand of some of the groceries I go to. And the Chobani and Oikos brands that you see everywhere are OK, if not ideal. I prefer the 2% to the fat free, but either will do.

What kind of stevia do you use? I like the liquid kind for drinks (hazelnut flavor for coffee, mint flavor for tea) and the packets for other uses. If I was going to put it in yogurt I think I might try a fruit flavor of the liquid...

I get that! I used to not like them either, but once I tasted them and got over the way they look I love them!! :-D I really love your HA today! But like I always love your HA's!! [edit] You sound as crazy as me about yogurt! It's the only dairy product that doesn't cause me gastric issues! For sweet I like Dannon Light n Fit Greek (again less sugars) but I always seem to be out of it, so then I use the plain fat free greek. I'm always worried about gaining a pound so that plays into a lot of how I eat. I either use Sweet Drops or the one I really like, and it's not stevia, is Johnny Moo milk drops in chocolate. Not as healthy but really good in yogurt. (and cheaper than Sweet Drops) Nice HA!!!

yes probably we both love yogurt equally. It does not give me any digestive issues either.

SweetDrops is the same brand as the hazelnut flavor I use in coffee. It is not very expensive, I mean, the bottle did cost quite a bit (12$ I think?) but it only takes a few drops so it will last ages. (I'm not even half through it and had it in the refrigerator for 6 months) because of this it is cheaper per sweetening power than the packets, even though they are cheaper initially ($7 for a package of 200 I think?)

I don't worry about losing or gaining weight... I just try to eat healthy and let weight take care of itself. My weight goes up and down a bit all on its own (between 140 and 165 over my entire adult life, seemingly at random, though I was slightly over the top of that at the end of pregnancy :D since I was at the low end of the range just before getting pregnant) but never too far out of the healthy range as long as I get enough exercise and don't eat unhealthy amounts of chips or desserts or meat :D

I have cola Sweet Drops but I am probably fonder of chocolate. :-) I put Walden Farms chocolate syrup on top of it too. lol I'm pretty tiny and I figure I can't control wrinkles but I can control my weight. I'm right at 130 but last summer I was at 125 and felt much better. I'm under 5'4" so I'm not skinny by any means. :-P
