I just got back into Subeta again. I go through phases where I don't play (usually from Christmas until spring time I stop playing for some reason idk?) but a few weeks ago I popped back in and turned in a three month gold account token so I've been playing the crap out of Subeta lately. It's fun and fun to be back and see some familiar faces. :)

It's so much fun and I wasn't sure how to start so I just bought some Super Sculpey Premo, which is the more professional grade polymer clay, and started sculpting faces. I made lots of green man faces and some animals. Then I attended a workshop with Wendy Froud and Toby Froud in Portland, OR at the Fernie Brae art gallery and shoppe. It was amazing! I learned so much. The workshop was a two day weekend class where we all made a faery creature bust. I can share a link to what I made here too.

After the workshop I have been non stop making more creatures and am currently working on a full body figure of a satyr from a tutorial DVD, which I bought a used copy of. It's hard to find but worth searching for. It's a Wendy Froud instructional video by the Gnomon Workshop called "Creating a Faery Figure with Wendy Froud" It's such a great resource for first time doll makers, if you can find a copy, I suggest you check it out. :)

Fact about me: I'll be turning 18 on the 18th this month (which is in two days 🎉)

I recently married my best friend and soul mate the user ! I am an epic animal lover - anything fluffy has my heart! I currently only have 1 rabbit with another coming to me soon (if I can bond them!) My rabbit is a gorgeous gray and white lop rabbit who is a little grumpy guy - Thumper is his name and thumping is his game :D I wouldn't change him for the world though. His new sister-to-be is called Poppet and is a bigger beautiful auburn brown bunny (I'm not sure what type she is) but I know she loves snuggles and giving kisses!
