You need four parts: Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, and Case. So in your case, you're missing the case (no pun intended!) Make sure the four items are all the same color too.

all the other parts at Bits N Bytes do not make anything, they have no 'use' in Subeta except as quest components or TC fodder.

do you mean computer stuff or assemble your own stuff? While it's true that this is the only thing you can do with those parts Secluded Shrine/Genetech/Alchove/Fantine's all allow you to make new items with old ones. Frankenpie frankencluck and maps are all assembly items too.
