I do believe it is a tip of the hat to the new TRAPPIST solar system NASA recently discovered :D
They're all references to the newly discovered star Trappist 1 and the possibly life-bearing planets that orbit it.

Welcome. I heard about the discovery, but didn't 100% remember the name and their names/descriptions make sense together. Techno-monks would be cool too though.
