I got this random event for the first time while questing I went there and he asked for ? When I bought it and went back it said

Since it's my first time I don't understand what happened, did I do something wrong?

Like said, she gives you the item! She is a random event that you can get where as long as you go to the link, she'll give you that item. There's like 20~ possible items you can give from her (including the Storm Potion)! SHE JUST WANTS FRIENDS AND GIVES PEOPLE ITEMS.
