Welcome to Subeta! I noticed your HA doesn't have eyes. If that's not intentional, you have to make sure you drag the 'eyes' layer above the 'base' layer on the list of items worn to make sure it's visible. The wardrobe has a layering system so that whatever is at the bottom of the list is the bottom-most layer.
