Yes Subeta's forums are English only, if you'd like to go over the rules again you can read them under Subeta > Help > Rules ont he top nav bar. There aren't many rules and they're all pretty short so hopefully it's not too much of a chore, once you've played for longer it won't be a big deal, but it's totally understandable you are just learning :)

Don't fret about breaking the rules if it's just a first time honest mistake, as long as you aren't malicious Subeta staff are very fair. If you have questions about your rules you are always welcome to ask via the ticket system (Subeta > Tickets on the top nav bar), and a UA will help you quickly. I believe if you were warned based on a post, and the post was not removed then there is no need to edit it, but you're also welcome to edit it out if you prefer to. But if you have any concern about the rule (whether it's a question, or you want to better understand your warning or anything else), you're best off filing a ticket directly (you'll get an answer within the day generally, our User Admins are pretty fast to reply) :)
