Kyros was taught that someday his parents would make him marry somebody. He could even picture it, an elegant ceremony at their old manor, lavish and decadent, attended by both the living and dead-but-still-around family members. The bride would clearly be someone who had passed their careful criteria, but whether one of the happy couple actually wanted to go along with the wedding wouldn't be one of them.

He was more than thankful he left before it could happen.

Not only had Cherry attended a wedding, she had been a bridesmaid, so when one of her witch upperclassmen asked her to do the same, she confidently agreed. When she received her bridesmaid's dress in the mail, she breathed a sigh of relief. It was lovely. And then more boxes came, with...accessories. Cherry sent an owl asking if this was all for her. Yet another box came, filled with magical rabbit party favors. Her friend explained that she decided that her maids would be golden rabbits, inspired by her patronus. Altogether, they made for a cute picture, with even the bride and groom sporting rabbit ears. Alone, however, Cherry just felt silly. (Slytherin~)
