Up early to go to work. Earlier then the last month as they are going to work me in yet again but another floor. I am going to work with the 'normal' elderly, been working now with the elderly with bad dementia. Excited about this as the floor I was working the last month does not have enough hours for me. And with both floor I can get enough hours.

I'm so glad you had a fun time at your Sisters Birthday :D

I found out tonight that my sister Shari has a brain tumor about the size of a fist. I'm so scared and I'm so worried I just can't lose my sister I'd be so lost without her I can't even imagine that happening. If you could find it in your hearts to pray for her I would appreciate that so much. I will know more tomorrow after they do a full scan to see what it is exactly that they are dealing with.. they took her by ambulance to UC Davis Medical Center tonight which is a VERY good place with excellent doctors. I'm trying to stay positive and am keeping the faith that she will be okay. We will be going first thing in the morning. Thanks for listening.....

Sorry I haven't been posting much. It's been a pretty rough week. My cat had to be put to sleep on Monday after a short illness. He was 17 years old, but it was unexpected for it to happen so quickly after he's been relatively healthy even though he was older. :(
