thank you!! ❤️ I hope they are useful to you in your outfit endeavors
The whiteout item is just a white mask. Making bodyparts transparent is a feature in the new wardrobe under "Base". =)

And today I will be teaching you how to paste together your own milkmaid tops. For use in both modern and medival outfits.
Open this for instructions
A good milkmaid top has 2 parts:
For the top I highly prefer myself, they are honestly the best peplum tops on site IMO other good options [item=][item=][item=]
For the sleeves I love , and recolors also work great for the more medival outfits other good options
some examples Private OutfitPrivate OutfitPrivate OutfitPrivate Outfit
I don't know if this counts... but..
I love layering these two items together, it's not perfect but I just love how they work, for me, when wanting to use these eyes.
(all colors work with this)
Layer that OVER
It's so simple I know, but I hope it counts. C: I love those eyes and since they lack the eyebrows the second item offers that and a bit of lashes or 'eyeliner' as I sometimes call it even though I know that's not it... ahahaha OTL
Checked the whole topic and I try to use over [item=Ghouls Choice Liquid Latex (Fair)]. Some people use the dolls here and I wanted to give a try.
But it's too bright for me, so I decided to go back to my base skin tone (the first one in the wardrobe first row) I wear since years.
I use over for my hair.
And over for the eyes.
My background is made with over over over over over .
EDIT 07th of July
My background has now over and over all other named items before.

and pair up nicely together and help each other out. You can put the blob kitty wig under the base for a little extra flair to the heartbreaker wig, or you can put it on top of the heartbreaker wig to use the bangs and have a little extra length from the heartbreaker wig. Try it out!
edit: AND you can slip a in there for even more extra!
Muscle Tonics + Oil items
I always have problems with muscle items because they don't fit my imagination of how my OCAE HA body looks in real. So I try a lot of combinations over the years (only with items I own) and after buying a new item today, I share my "trick". ^^
I only using and .
The arm tonic gives a nice outline shadow when you wearing almost transparent clothes which covered the chest and/or arms. I using over .
The chest tonic was so far my favourite, until I bought today and now I combined both items.
Wearing over gives the muscles - especially the abs - are more darker and well-defined look I really enjoy. Wearing only the chest tonic looks too weak for me.
The clothes I wearing are over over . Especially when wearing almost transparent items like , the abs comes out much better.
I also like to replace the bolero and wearing .

totally new so my avatar is basic, nobody look replying for future me to come back to when i slightly know what i am doing
OKAY
So to get the bangin' horror-flavored background I have in this HA by Jacket
You use (From bottom layer up):
[item2=synthwave vinyl] + [item2=candied black fairy dust] + [item2=flask of liquid shadow] + The rest of your HA + [item2=Broken Flask of Liquid Shadow] + [item2=elderberry cordial]
You could probably replace the Synthwave Vinyl with any other background you might think looks cooler shrouded in shadow (Vaporwave Vinyl looks really nice IMO), the two items layered on top of the HA are mostly there so you don't have a super bright HA sticking out like a sore thumb in front of the dark background
Not quite a layering trick but I like to use to thicken the lines on the HA for use with older items. Matches the art styles together a bit better.
I love how layers over (you can choose any color variation)
I also think that these are a perfect match to the , as used on my current HA. :>
If for whatever reason you need a legless HA wearing a cloak, over

My current backdrop uses... in the background which is a transparent snowy window you can put stuff behind goes really well behind it for a snowy forest look. But you could also change it up to a town, mountains, or other snowy backdrop. in front of those creates a floor to stand on. You could also try it in other colors or use a carpet instead. is the curtain over the window. Also available in other colors. Then I suggest adding lights or foreground items as desired! This is a pretty simple one, but I love it. If you layer a violin like over a cardigan like , it looks like your HA is holding the violin (not necessarily correctly, but it does look a bit more natural to the eye IMHO).
layers perfectly on top of (and the other colors, obviously) Likewise, adding and some different eyes on top, makes for a great vampire face.

It has been a while but layering hairs is currently a bit difficult.
All slapped on one avatar to make things easy
1. and mesh together near seamlessly
2. Leaves a gap in the arm. You can cover it up pretty good with
3.Speaking of , you can layer or one of its recolors underneath for a bit of a half cape
4.You can add lipstick to by layering or a recolor uncerneath
5.+ makes some big shaggy brows
6. The first, third fourth and fifth nose choices in the base section of the wardrobe can be combined with several nose wearables to make entirely new noses. Some noses that combine well are

Wow, this thread is awesome, I have gotten so many good ideas from it!
My favorite eye layering is over
It works with any of the different colors. The Peka Glade Eye Drops give a little more definition to the inner corners of the Sassy Smudge Crayon, and make the eyebrows a little more defined.
Alright, this one's a weird one, but this one goes out to all my zombie skin fans out there. Here's how I made the white face for my Ant Agony outfit:
Base = this will fill the nose bridge gaps left by the fungus. Middle = The lower half of our face. You might want to cover up the bottom with a jacket. Top = The top of our face. Also, did you know this item's eyes are closer to the default human eye shape than Ant Agony's? This will help you later.
I use to help fill in that skeletal face appearance, to enhance the brow. Lastly, you can place whatever mouth/eyes you want, granted they cover the eyes of the fungus. In my case, I used and .
Presto, an ugly bastard with a very unique face.

Additional tip: I used to help seal the miniscule gap between the bandana and fungus, but you can cover this up with any hair of your choice, granted it has sidebangs.
