RNG is in a strange mood I guess, it gave me a free 5* Abel this morning on the new power banner. Almost feel obliged to build him now but have so many other projects on the go too...

(I got 4* Odin, remember when this game was slightly less shiny, and slightly less new and Odin was one of THE BEST skill fodder?) How the mighty have gotten power creep'd. lol. He seems pretty good with the new lance... but only on a cavalry team.

Haha I didn’t know Abel was that highly regarded! Tbf he took a long time for me to even get a copy (about 6 or 7 months in before he did iirc) The more you know. I do remember Odin being premium skill fodder though, there was once a time I was running very low on moonbows.

- Before skill inheritance, 3 movement + brave lance + swordbreaker was pretty OP. I didn't have an Abel for the longest time either.

I like the theme, but I agree, the new heroes are meh, all armours, weird aether raid skills (which aren't even that good when you read them) this one is a skip for me too. I'll take my free Disney Princess!Leo though. Welcome to the barracks FINALLY!

- the bad news is, I wont be getting Lethe or Caineghis (or mordecai)... not in this banner anyway. The good news is i got pity broken by Nailah, kept summoning and got Selkie AND Kaden! So now I have still have two new beasties to play with... but more importantly... someone can get DC and nullc disrupt.... but who cry I hate making descisions! Lol. I'm thinking Florina (who I've been putting off biulding), Fae (w light breath for them stay buffs) or Caeda. Theres a bunch of units I want to give DC to, but should be someone who can make good use of null c disrupt as well. Like ATiki with breath of fog or myrrh I want to give DC to, but I feel like null c is a bit lost on them (and myrrh has limited growth potential)

- it's very good cosplay. A friend of mine posted a twitter regarding the new banner that said Lukas took off his armour and became an armour unit, and my response was FEH in a nutshell. I dont know what their obsession with ridiculous armor units is. Also all the people bringing their ponies and horseybirds to the spa with them. What's wrong with good old infantry where it makes sense?

Ephraim Sacred Twin Lord, Thea (4 star, but she's a new unit so her silhouette appeared in slow motion and for a split second I was like I DID IT I GOT A SEASONAL), and literally almost my last orb ... Felicia with her gorgeous blue squirrel and pan. O YAAAAY. 1 down. 3 more to go. I also love Leo but kinda wish we got free Lukas instead because that fox and raccoon, okay. D: glad the banner is for a month, that means I got time

- Good Luck getting your Disney Princess/FE cross over units! Felecia is the best of them IMO, so congrats on that! I got my free summon (Nino) but I'm done with it now.

Ah, congratulations! That is so lucky, they are all good units. I feel you on difficult fodder decisions, I have a few extra 5*s hanging around that I just can't bring myself to fodder because I'm scared it'll be waste ^^; I do want to eventually give Myrrh DC, but I'm reluctant to fodder off my neutral Hrid.

I've definitely run into some monster Florinas before, if you ran slaying spear she'd be a great armour dragon killer. Caeda also seems like she would make a very decent Surtr/mage killer too (I am biased though, I think I would like to make a Caeda project eventually).

Trying to figure out my new TT team - I have Faye already and then Alm and Kliff who I haven't levelled yet. Not really sure who I want to use - was leaning towards Faye as she already had some HM going but I've been trying to raise her the last few levels and it's been quite frustrating and she doesn't kill anything unless she can take multiple shots. Definitely need a dancer for her, and I think I'll need to give her an A skill that boosts her attack.

- Sometimes being able to get to stupid high pity rates pays off. lol. As per usual though, none of the colour I actually WANTED to summon on that circle (4 blue and one green)

Did they release the bonus units for the upcoming TT? I didn't see them anywhere. I don't have Kliff or Alm, and my Faye has TERRIBLE IVs, maaaaaybe TT stat boosts will help her out, but she is -att and +spd (and at +spd she has a whopping 28 spd, which doubles next to nothing that doesn't have wary or some other quirk to combat low speed) so she really can't kill anything. I suppose TT would be a good opportunity to raise her HM up so that I feel less bad about giving her bow to someone who can actually double things. Maybe if I give her some L&D she'll have some utility, negate that - att and give her a hope at doubling things. Her base kit for skills is pretty lackluster.

It was in the last datamine, along with the seals (we’re getting chill attack as a seal, whoop).

Faye has good def and res so she’s meant to be good as a mage killer (see what they did there) but she needs significant investment (guard bow+ at least) and I just don’t want to pour feathers into her. She could act as a damage chip (with Poison strike and savage blow) too but you’d have to keep her out of way. That said... I gave up on Faye and levelled up my Alm to use as a bonus unit instead. At least he can deal out some damage, haha.

TT+ for me is going to be a bummer....so far I have none of the holiday units even after using afew google plays and I lack Alm, Fye and Kliff so I have 0 bonus units --; -is pulling teeth threw lunatic story maps to get orbs for afew single pulls in hopes the pitty rate relents-

Edit: In the meen time thinking of promoting another 4* to a 5* as I have no one new to level atm and I should get a ton of feathers from Tempest Trials. Deciding on a throwing unit or a staff unit as I'm lacking in both currently even though very few throwing units are great and staff units aren't needed for much minus leveling and other fights.

I didn't pull any of the new units yet (got Sue as free pull and Tibarn as pitybreaker with good IVs though- I can't really complain, even if I hope I can get someone later) so I'll have to use Faye as my bonus unit for the TT! I think I'm going to try a team with Faye, Small Azura, Brave Celica and Delthea (or another blue mage if I can't make her -atk work) and see how it goes!
