I want to say it is completely gone especially since the OP says they did not get it. I am 100% sure it was only 1 month GAs and not 1 week. I will see if I can get confirmation that it is completely gone.

Ok so here is the final word! xD

The 480 CSC medals still do happen. The system was set up in a way to where it rounded down the amount of time, so if you had less than 24 hours left on your GA, the discount expired even though the GA was still in affect. Grace has changed it to round up now and you should get the discount. If your GA expires before you get the discount (because it used to round down) you can file a ticket and they can reimburse the 20 CSC.

Turns out, the board I posted above WAS a bug but it was only a bug because everyone was getting a discount whether they had a GA or not. That part had already been fixed.
