Just as a quick heads up, since I'm not sure if anyone has let you know, but the ping group CustomWear has a rule about pinging for the same item once every two weeks only. You pinged the 14th for the eyebrows, and then the 15th again. Even if you're filling the second batch, it still counts as the same item and you need to wait two weeks!
