Our son-in-law just came over thinking he would clean the snow off the light metal shed we have in the back yard. He says he'll be back when he gets the proper clothes on but I won't blame him if he changes his mind. We have an implement to pull the snow off with. That's not a problem but getting to the back yard first, then getting through the snow to the shed is going to be the olympic feat at this point. It's not suppose to quit snowing any time soon. it was a new job i started last year in june. But after all they promissed , not getting my hours, and did nothing about it and kept telling itś going to be ok i got fed up with it all and looked for a new job, starting there next month/

Hi everyone. Just popping on to say hi. I have a snow day from work tomorrow- my school district is closed. No snow here yet but it's supposed to be like 10-12 inches potentially. Eeep.

Still snowing here. I shoveled off the deck yesterday and overnight it got a foot of snow on it. Must have been over three feet when I shoveled. Really need to take hubby to the hospital and get a blood test. Hope our good Samaritan friend will be able to dig us out again this morning.

It's cold and windy here today. I heard other states like Washington dc, New york and states that direction are getting slammed with lots of snow. I'm kinda surprised we aren't getting any but glad. It sure feels like we could though. It was in the 70's yesterday and today in the 40's. Really crazy weather.

, we're safe and warm now, thankfully. Our friend was shoveling off the roof of another friend as she was afraid it was going to collapse, so he didn't get to us before we had to get out. Got stuck once in the driveway and once in the street before we got going but managed to get out. About got stuck twice on the way to the hospital. The streets are in terrible shape, only one lane on some and if you get over to let someone pass, you can't get back out without a lot of difficulty. Now it's sleet and soon will probably be rain. that will just make it worse. Don't know if we'll be able to get to Bruce's Dr. appointment tomorrow or not. We're all worn out and ready for a nap now.

Does anyone have any tips on fragging? I never really do it and only have crystals because I have gotten them from the bathhouse. They released the I-Love-You Taco into the crystal shop but I only have about 200 crystals and I need 850. >.< I had this minion years ago and there was a huge site rollback and it was one of the items that I lost and was never able to get back, so I would love to grab it now if possible. Thanks in advance!

Edit: I just got an I-Love-You Taco in a anonymous gift! Eeeee! <3 I was sitting here fragging for a little over an hour and very slowly building up my crystals when I got it! I can't believe it.

Congrats on the anon gift! After I autoprice my shop, I usually remove any items under 500sP and frag them :P Maybe 1000sP if I'm really trying to stock up on crystals.

I did a little searching on the forums and a tip I found was to buy items from the main shops that are rarity 66 and higher and selling for cheaper than crystals are. It suggested the music shop. So I went on SubetaLodge and searched for items 66 rarity and higher and bought them up from the shop. If you use rare items (r66+) you are guaranteed to get at least one crystal per fragged item. It doesn't seem to work on retired items (r101), but game prizes (r160) it does. I got about 100 crystals in an hour doing this. Not a huge amount, but I didn't spend much sP and I was learning as I went.

We were able to keep Bruce's appointment. It was not nearly as bad driving as yesterday. It's much warmer and thawing. Crews had been and are still out doing a lot of sanding, so we made it without incident. Yay!

I just wanted to stop in and say Hi! I hope everyone is doing well and feeling happy. Steve is down for a few days I'm looking forward to spending some time together. I'm not quite sure what he is planning for Valentines Day, we are also celebrating my birthday because he wasn't here on the 4th.
