No. I've never had a keloid. I'm on antibiotics right now, four times a day for a week. I'm almost done and that bump still hasn't gone away.

then the most likely culprit would just be an irritation bump, which can often take months to disappear after the sources of irritation are removed. hypertrophic scarring could also be a possibility (same concept as if you've ever had a wound that had a slightly raised scar), but that'll also reduce with time, albeit it'll need much more time than an irritation bump.
