And if you don't mind me making a suggestion you could make yourself a list of the things you want to work towards accomplishing. Nothing huge of course just a few things a day (depending on what you want to accomplish) and work on them. That way your days wont feel wasted and you'll be doing what's best for you. ((hugs))
