Hello Ravenclaws! You may have noticed that we're having several forum issues. Admin powers are a bit wonky, pages are not fully loading, threads only load up to a certain page, and people's posts are disappearing. We are aware of the current issues so don't worry about deadlines. We're hoping that these issues will be resolved as soon as possible. Keith has been working on the forums since yesterday.

On a separate note, some of you may have already noticed that the student roster is currently locked. The admins and I are working on some new special ability restrictions as well as defining characteristics of the special abilities we allow. Please refrain from using any special abilities until further notice. I'm hoping that the page will be set up by the end of the week. I know some of you have special abilities that are crucial to your character's existence so please comment me about it.

We're trying to come up with a more concrete description of special abilities. We're hoping that members will not immediately choose a rare special ability without thinking it out. We're also trying to avoid having 11 year old students with very advanced skills (beyond their years). For example, it doesn't make sense for a first year student to be an Animagus when according to Dumbledore Animagi only make up a small fraction of the wizarding population and with it being a very complex transfiguration.

Get your thinking caps ready Ravenclaw lovely people, because on the 31st, we have our first activity <3 and also the roleplay in the common room will change from the welcome to the new topic which does coincide with the activity but are separate. Hope that's cryptic enough to garner interest -giggles- ;) anyway, you'll be getting a ping on the 31st. :D Also new workshop is about to begin so please check that out. Workshop CoMC: House Elves

Compose a poem and post it here. Everyone who posts a poem will be entered into our little cupid event. On Valentine's day, our (Keliora and I) favourite poem will be sent to everyone who was entered with a little gift. The winning poem's author will also recieve an extra gift. Deadline: 12 Feburary 11.59 pm (this gives us a day to look over the poems and such.)
