hi hi, I absolutely adore everything about this show. It's one of those cartoons where I can't even pick a favorite character, everybody's so amazing and well-written and aaaaaa

also the music is really something else--99.9% of the time I get horrible second-hand embarrassment when people sing in shows, but this one doesn't give me that at all. I really love what they're doing with different instruments and themes and stuff.

Yes yes yes to everything you said! haha The songs are literally so well thought out. Mostly simple, but in the best way. I literally happy shrieked when I first saw the episode with Garnet's song omg.

I Love SU Peridot is my total favorite!

Peridot is so great! Such a clod <3 I really loved watching her character change the more she got used to Earth and the crystal gems.

oh my god ME TOOOOO <3 and, just, I love how each gem has their own instrument/music type that suits them, and how everything gets all discordant and horrifying when there are forced fusions. They took all these familiar sounds and made them ALIEN sounding. And don't get me started on the singing--I think maybe one of the reasons it doesn't make me cringe is that it almost seems like a plot device almost? Why -do- the gems sing? (also Steven and his dad continually bonding over singing and stories makes my heart curl up in a charmed little ball every time)

YESSS!! Steven and Greg bonding over music is so adorable. I like seeing the episodes with flashbacks to when Steven was younger and they were all trying to figure out how to take care of him. Ruby & Sapphire's relationship is serious goals <3 omg they're lovely and balanced out so well. The Answer is probably my favorite episode. I would love to have a movie based on what their adventure was like after they escaped Blue Diamond.

Hey guys! Another SU fan here. It's literally the only show on TV I follow. I adore it! I just finished watching the most recent chunk of episodes with the zoo and the diamonds. ^^

Hey hey! I loved the new episodes!! I really want to love Blue Diamond, but I have anger towards her for the way she treated Ruby & Sapphire when they accidentally fused for the first time. But the way they treated Greg in the zoo was hilarious xD

I kinda like her, too. At least, way more than yellow diamond. She's a flawed character for sure, but she seems to have some semblance of humanity about her. It's interesting that Steven is connected to her (re: crying her tears).

Yes! I'm really curious about him crying her tears. I also feel like we have a lot to learn about Rose, still. It seems they either love her or hate her. And supposedly she killed Pink Diamond, so I'd really like some more info about that.

Agreed! There is def. way more to unravel about Rose. And I'm also curious about the bubbled quartz' that look like her gem.

This show is really good at storytelling/world building and making you want to know more. D:

YES! I really want to meet the bubbled quartz that Blue Diamond is protecting. It's definitely a good show and I love how all of the characters are so diverse and likable. I'm pretty much obsessed with Ruby & Sapphire. <3

I really love Garnet, and especially Steven and Amethyst, personally (so many characters are amazing, though). I was SO DEAD when Steven + Amethyst fused into Smokey Quartz. I'm still not over it, haha. I was so gunning for Amethyst to turn into a baddie in that last arc where she was very down on herself and her powers and acting weird. That would have been amazing. .

Garnet is balanced so well. She's great. <3 Hahaha Smokey Quartz was just as hilarious as I'd hoped for. Omg I loooved seeing all of the new Amethysts!! They were all different and I liked that.
