just learned that pozole means Hominy, You use them with meat (typically pork), and can be seasoned and garnished with shredded cabbage, chile peppers, onion, garlic, radishes, avocado, salsa or limes.

It's a delicious dish :D

After being stuck in the airport yesterday for a couple of hours, I made it home to San Diego late last night and passed out. I am going hiking in a bit with a good friend and am excited to see the ocean again!

I'll be off and on through the holidays as I am with family. When I am with them I'll be on a lot, but I am also spending time with a few friends. :D
