Hello~! How are all of you? I finally got around to apply. :D Last week I didn't have internet at home because the line was knocked down in a storm, and then my phone broke so I just got another one. (I got an iphone 7, I'm still not so sure about it. I miss the headphone jack. :/) Now it looks like smooth sailing technology wise. (knock on wood)

Oh no! Was it hard to be cut off from technology like that? I don't mind separating myself from the internet on vacations and stuff, but I want it to be my choice! Hopefully you're done with disasters for a while. :)

It wasn't ideal, but it wasn't that bad. I was still able to do my homework and stuff on the computers at school and the library, so it really only cut off my use of internet that wasn't strictly academic. But still, I hope I'm done with dealing with technology issues as well. xD

That sounds like me and French, although I never made it to France. I'm hoping to go maybe later this year or next year. I've never been out of the country before. :/

Ah I hope you get to go ! I know nothing about France, but if they drink as much wine as Italy, I'm sure it's fantastic :P (Of course, the sights and food is probably amazing too!)

I was able to go through a summer study abroad program through the University here, so it was kind of a learning/touristy trip. My room mate in Shanghai was my teacher (we're like besties xD) so that was even more helpful; especially when we'd have to call in support because the WiFi stopped working, etc xD The things you take for granted knowing how to communicate! It really does make travel in any english speaking country seem that much easier now though--I'm like.. well... at least they speak english!
